Hiya Toys broadens its MonsterVerse Exquisite Basic Series figure lineup by introducing new Titans.
Hiya Toys has officially released new additions to its MonsterVerse Exquisite Basic Series action figure line, featuring the Male and Female Muto from the 2014 film Godzilla and the Warbat from Godzilla vs. Kong. Check out the promotional images and details below.
Godzilla (2014) narrates a mysterious event at the Janjira Nuclear Power Plant in 1999, leading to the tragic deaths of Joe’s colleagues and his wife. Years later, Joe’s son, Ford, travels to Japan to assist his father, who has detected anomalies and is determined to uncover the truth within the restricted area.
The all-new EXQUISITE BASIC Series Godzilla (2014) Male & Female MUTO Set is crafted based on the film’s original CGI, transforming ancient Titans from the screen into collectible figures. The Female MUTO measures around 15CM in height, while the Male MUTO stands at 11CM tall, featuring a wingspan of about 33CM.
Both figures are finished in shades ranging from deep gray to charcoal black, with newly applied fluorescent paint on the eyes. Additionally, the Female MUTO’s abdomen displays fluorescent detailing that reacts under UV light, emphasizing its distinct biological characteristics as seen in the movie.
In terms of articulation, the Male MUTO's wings feature a built-in wire PVC structure, allowing for natural bending and angle adjustments. The Female MUTO possesses articulated legs that allow for wide outward and forward-backward movement. Its jaw is articulated for a wide opening, complete with a movable tongue to enhance display options. Multiple articulation points across both figures enable a diverse range of battle-ready poses.
As for accessories, the Male MUTO comes with two interchangeable wing parts and a display stand for aerial poses. The set also includes one missile, enabling you to recreate a pivotal scene from the film and enhance its display appeal.
Legends encounter each other as Godzilla and Kong, the two mightiest forces of nature, collide on the big screen in a thrilling battle for the ages. As Monarch embarks on a dangerous mission into fantastical uncharted territory, uncovering clues to the Titans’ origins and humanity’s survival, a conspiracy risks erasing both good and evil creatures from existence.
This newly released Warbat figure measures 55CM in length, made with attention to detail based on original CG data, faithfully recreating every aspect of this aerial Superspecies from the Hollow Earth. The Warbat features huge red membranous wings supported by well-defined wing bones, seamlessly merging with its scaled body. Even when displayed statically, the flowing textures of the wings and the elongated shape exude a strong sense of movement and predatory aggression.
It incorporates a multi-segment internal design combined with a built-in wire structure, allowing for wing extension, folding, and body bending while preserving overall stability. With two display stands included, you can recreate iconic moments of Warbat’s gliding, circling, and diving attack poses from the film.
