      Netflix has released the first teaser for its extravagant adaptation of John Steinbeck’s literary classic East of Eden, a multigenerational story led by Florence Pugh. This modern retelling centers on the book's antihero, Cathy Ames (Pugh), and is scripted by Zoe Kazan. The cast also includes Tracy Letts, Martha Plimpton, Ciarán Hinds, Joseph Zada, Joe Anders, Christopher Abbott, Mike Faist, and Hoon Lee.
