      Neon has unveiled a trailer for Cristian Mungiu's critically acclaimed film, Fjord, which won the Palme d'Or at Cannes.

      This legal drama follows a devout family as they move to a secluded coastal town in Norway, where they come under the scrutiny of the local legal system and are compelled to face scrutiny and accusations after a neighboring family alleges that the parents have been abusive.

      Fjord's cast includes Sebastian Stan, Renate Reinsve, Lisa Carlehed, Henrikke Lund-Olsen, Vanessa Ceban, Jonathan Ciprian Breazu, Ellen Dorrit Petersen, Lisa Loven Kongsli, and Markus Tønseth.

      The film tells the story of a Norwegian woman and her devout Romanian husband who relocate with their five children to a tight-knit coastal community. Their teenage children quickly form a bond with a neighboring family, while tensions begin to build around the family's strict beliefs. When accusations of abuse arise, they are confronted with a judgmental system that blurs the line between genuine concern and bias.

      Fjord is set to be released in theaters on October 9th.
