In the film, two highly-trained operatives (Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy) are assigned to guard towers on opposite sides of a vast, top-secret gorge, safeguarding the world from a concealed, enigmatic threat. They form a connection from afar while remaining vigilant against an unseen adversary. When the monumental danger to humanity is unveiled, they must collaborate in a trial of both their physical and mental fortitude to keep the secret hidden in the gorge before it’s too late.
