Breaking Glass Pictures has unveiled a poster and trailer for Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep, which serves as the concluding chapter in writer-director Chad Ferrin’s Lovecraftian trilogy.
This sci-fi horror narrative centers on a prominent oneirologist (Edward Furlong) who is summoned to Arkham Asylum to examine a troubling case involving a patient with a dual personality. Unbeknownst to him, his investigation leads to the opening of a portal to a sinister extraterrestrial force.
The film features a cast that includes Edward Furlong, Robert Miano, Susan Priver, Bai Ling, Ginger Lynn, Lew Temple, Steve Railsback, and Cyril O’Reilly. You can watch the trailer below...
Drawing inspiration from H.P. Lovecraft’s frightening short story, the film tells the story of Ambrose London (Furlong), a globally celebrated oneirologist called to Arkham Asylum to explore a profoundly unsettling case involving a man possessed by a 122-year-old colonial peasant. However, when Ambrose’s “Dream Machine” inadvertently opens a gateway to an alien entity intent on world destruction, chaos ensues, leading to a harrowing and nightmarish plunge into madness.
Unspeakable: Beyond the Wall of Sleep is scheduled for release on March 4th.
