Dynamite Entertainment is set to unveil its newest crossover series, Red Sonja vs. The Army of Darkness, this April. You can catch a sneak peek of the first issue with an early preview below.
Prepare to sharpen your sword and grab your boomstick, as it’s time to confront the undead hordes once again! In this brand-new miniseries, everyone’s beloved Deadite-slaying hero – Ashley J. Williams, of course – is once again hurtling through space and time to battle evil forces. This journey is unique, as he’s finally got a break – this time, he's teaming up with the She-Devil herself, Red Sonja! But lurking in the shadows is none other than Kulan Gath – and if the most feared wizard of the Hyborian Age gets hold of the Necronomicon… well, that won’t end well!
The talented comics creator TIM SEELEY (Hack/Slash, Batman Eternal) pens this latest – and greatest! – installment in the Army of Darkness and Red Sonja stories, with artwork by renowned collaborator JIM TERRY (Sundowners, Alice Cooper vs. Chaos), and striking covers by SEELEY, BJORN BARENDS, MARK SPEARS, and the Dynamite debut of NIKKOL JELENIC!
Red Sonja vs. The Army of Darkness #1 is scheduled to be released in April 2025.
