The Lovecraftian roguelike Cthulhu's Reach: Devil Reef has been verified for the Steam Deck.

      First Break Labs and developer The Fine Arc have announced that their Lovecraftian action-roguelike co-op dungeon crawler, Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef, has achieved Steam Deck Verified status. They also revealed a new roadmap outlining future features. Watch the latest trailer below.

      Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef immerses players in a Lovecraftian world where they take on the role of a character burdened by debt and involved with the local gangster, Mr. Blackwood. These challenges propel players towards the perilous coastal town of Innsmouth, rumored to conceal a great treasure within the Devil Reef.

      As players navigate the maze of tunnels, what starts as an exhilarating treasure hunt quickly transforms into a struggle for survival as eldritch horrors inhabit corridors infused with supernatural energy.

      Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef includes:

      - Isometric action roguelike gameplay.

      - Solo play or online co-op with up to three others.

      - Unlockable weapons and upgrades.

      - Atmospheric soundtrack and effects.

      - New abilities gained through Incantation boosts.

      - Generative dungeons featuring three acts with unique bosses – details available on the roadmap.

      - A Map Editor for creating custom maps – see roadmap.

      During the early access phase, players can expect new customizations, including additional enemies, a new character, a wardrobe, and more. A brand-new map editor will allow players to design and share custom maps with the community, along with the introduction of Act III, which will present new enemies, weapons, and a final boss.

      Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef is currently available on Steam Early Access.
