Ahead of its debut on Shudder this April, a poster and trailer have been released for writer-director Stephen Cognetti’s (Hell House LLC) supernatural horror film, 825 Forest Road.
The story centers on Chuck, who relocates to the small town of Ashland Falls with his wife and younger sister following a family tragedy. Unfortunately, their hopes for a new beginning are dashed when they learn that a vengeful spirit has haunted the town's residents for decades, prompting Chuck to take action to put an end to its terror.
The cast features Joe Falcone, Elizabeth Vermilyea, Joe Bandelli, Brian Anthony Wilson, Mike Sutton, Monica Fleurette, Kathryn Miller, Lorenzo Beronilla, Darin F. Earl II, and Leyah Rose. You can watch the trailer below…
After a family tragedy, Chuck Wilson seeks a fresh start with his wife Maria and younger sister Elizabeth in Ashland Falls, but he soon uncovers the town's troubling secret. The ghost of Helen Foster has been frightening locals for years, following her suicide in the 1940s. Discovering Helen's former residence is essential to stopping the hauntings, yet the address they have does not correspond to any streets in the town. Realizing that his family could fall victim to Helen’s fury, Chuck is determined to find 825 Forest Road before it's too late.
825 Forest Road will be available on Shudder on April 4th.
