Mattel and Dark Horse declare the release of Masters of the Universe: Andra.

      Mattel and Dark Horse Comics have announced the forthcoming release of Masters of the Universe: Andra, an oversized one-shot comic highlighting the character Andra from the popular animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation. The comic is penned by Tiffany Smith, the voice of Andra, with artwork by Adriana Melo (Birds of Prey).

      “I was really passionate about cartoons and comics while growing up,” Smith shared. “I even took a school photo holding a She-Ra action figure. Being able to voice the fantastic character Andra in the animated series and then having my own action figure was already astonishing. Now, having the chance to write and develop a standalone story featuring her alongside such incredible comic talents like Adriana Melo, along with the fantastic teams at Dark Horse Comics and Mattel, is truly a dream come true. I’m eager for everyone to experience the adventure we've crafted.”

When a request for help from Orkas Island reveals a magical danger posed by the nefarious Count Marzo, Andra must confront her past, leverage her technical skills, and discover her own strength to rescue Eternia.

      Masters of the Universe: Andra will be available for purchase on July 23rd, 2025.
