Studio Teyon and publisher NACON have released a fresh trailer for RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business, announcing a launch date of July 17th. This new standalone installment introduces a gripping story set in Detroit, along with a variety of new features. Check out the trailer below and prepare for the impending chaos…
In 2023’s RoboCop: Rogue City, RoboCop succeeded in defeating Detroit’s gangs and the “New Guy in Town,” restoring peace to the city. However, this tranquility is short-lived when a team of highly skilled mercenaries, equipped with advanced weapons, assaults the police station and seizes control of OCP’s latest project – the OmniTower. It falls to RoboCop to enforce the law, thwart the mercenaries’ schemes, and ascend the tower.
Beyond an exhilarating new storyline, Unfinished Business introduces a host of new additions and enhancements for players, such as the new Cryo Cannon weapon. Players will also have the chance to experience certain events through flashbacks, allowing them to play as Alex Murphy for the first time, and as a reference to RoboCop 3, new enemies will include androids wielding katanas.
Continuing with the successful formula of RoboCop: Rogue City, this new title will feature all the explosive combat, engaging investigations, and light-RPG progression elements that players appreciated. Additionally, Peter Weller, the original actor for Alex Murphy, will once again provide his voice for RoboCop.
