CRIME IS A DISEASE. MEET THE CURE.
Following the worldwide success of Rambo: First Blood Part II, Sylvester Stallone joined forces again with director George P. Cosmatos for the legendary 80s action-thriller Cobra, where Stallone embarks on a solo mission to combat crime in Los Angeles.
A deranged killer. A woman in peril. A city gripped by fear. Lt. Marion “Cobra” Cobretti (Stallone) is the LAPD officer called in when regular police procedures fall short. After witnessing a brutal murder, Ingrid Knudsen (Brigitte Nielsen) becomes a target and is taken under Cobretti’s wing. However, repeated assassination attempts lead Cobretti to suspect that a murderous cult, rather than just a lone psycho, is behind the chaos in LA, with plans for a new world order.
Cobra stands as a quintessential example of sleek, high-energy Hollywood filmmaking from the 80s, and it will be available on Arrow Video in a stunning new restoration with an array of new and archival extras.
