      Quinn and her father have recently relocated to the sleepy town of Kettle Springs in search of a new beginning. However, she finds a divided community struggling after the beloved Baypen Corn Syrup Factory was destroyed by fire. As the townspeople squabble and tensions rise, a malevolent, smiling figure emerges from the cornfields to purge the town of its troubles, one gruesome victim at a time. Welcome to Kettle Springs, where the real excitement begins when Frendo the clown comes out to play.
