      In anticipation of the first trailer set to debut tomorrow, Netflix has unveiled a poster for the action thriller sequel The Old Guard 2, featuring Charlize Theron as the immortal warrior Andromache ‘Andy’ of Scythia; take a look here…

      Andy (Charlize Theron) and her band of immortal fighters return, driven by a renewed determination to safeguard the world. With Booker (Matthias Schoenaerts) still in exile following his betrayal, and Quynh (Veronica Ngô) seeking revenge after breaking free from her underwater prison, Andy faces the challenge of her newfound mortality as a mysterious threat arises that could jeopardize everything she has fought for over the millennia. Alongside Nile (KiKi Layne), Joe (Marwan Kenzari), Nicky (Luca Marinelli), and James Copley (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Andy enlists the assistance of Tuah (Henry Golding), an old acquaintance who may hold the key to uncovering the secrets of immortal life.

      The Old Guard 2 features returning stars Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, and Veronica Ngô, with new additions Uma Thurman and Henry Golding.

      The Old Guard 2 will premiere on Netflix on July 2nd.
