In The HELL: City Builder of the Dead, players will navigate the various bureaucratic elements of Hell as they assume the role of its Governor. They will face a range of scenarios inspired by different afterlife traditions.
As the Governor, players must employ unfortunate souls in harvesting and processing resources suitable for purgatorial punishment, while also managing the influx of sinners. Balancing these responsibilities is crucial, as failing to do so could turn sinners into sadists intent on dismantling the underworld.
Souls will arrive from some of history's most catastrophic events, including the catastrophic eruption of Krakatoa and the frigid conditions of Northern Scandinavia. Players will progress through seven immersive missions, each featuring unique environments and a powerful Titan overseeing that particular hell.
Additionally, players must contend with the threat of dark forces and unpredictable chaos that could disrupt their realm. To address this, they will need to convert some of their sinners into specialized defenders.
