Apple TV+ has unveiled the first trailer for The Lost Bus, an upcoming action drama directed by Paul Greengrass.
Drawing inspiration from true events and based on Lizzie Johnson's book Paradise: One Town's Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire, the film follows a school bus driver (Matthew McConaughey) and a teacher (America Ferrera) as they join forces to rescue a group of frightened elementary school children stranded by a deadly wildfire.
Alongside McConaughey and Ferrera, the film features Yul Vazquez, Ashlie Atkinson, and Spencer Watson. You can watch the trailer below…
“The Lost Bus” is a gripping journey through one of America's most lethal wildfires, as a misguided school bus driver (Academy Award-winner Matthew McConaughey) and a devoted teacher (Emmy, SAG, and Golden Globe Award-winner America Ferrera) fight to save 22 children from the raging blaze.
The Lost Bus will be released soon by Apple Films.
