Cineverse has unveiled a new poster for the long-awaited remake of Troma Entertainment’s cult classic superhero comedy, The Toxic Avenger, showcasing Peter Dinklage as the mutant vigilante, Toxie. Check it out here…

When a beleaguered janitor named Winston Gooze encounters a devastating toxic accident, he is transformed into an unusual hero: The Toxic Avenger. Toxie must rise from being an outcast to a savior, confronting ruthless corporate magnates and corrupt entities that endanger his son, his friends, and his community. In a world rife with greed… justice is best served with a radioactive twist.
In addition to Peter Dinklage, the cast includes Kevin Bacon, Elijah Wood, Jacob Tremblay, Julia Davis, and Taylour Paige.
The Toxic Avenger will be released in theaters on August 29th.
