Blue Finch Films has unveiled a trailer for the action-packed horror comedy Hold the Fort, in anticipation of its world premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival. Directed by William Bagley and featuring Chris Mayers, Haley Leary, and Julian Smith, the film follows couple Lucas and Jenny as they become embroiled in a conflict with their new homeowners association while fending off a horde of monsters after purchasing their first home in the suburbs. HOLD THE FORT tells the story of Lucas and Jenny, who believe their lives are finally falling into place upon becoming homeowners. However, they soon discover that their new residence has a significant drawback. The couple finds themselves in a life-or-death struggle when they get caught in a battle against both their Homeowners Association and a terrifying array of monsters from hell. This horror-comedy cleverly intertwines contemporary concerns about homeownership with an exhilarating and entertaining adventure.
Hold the Fort will debut at the Fantasia International Film Festival on Wednesday, July 16th.
