
The Thomas Crown Affair has cast Adria Arjona following the departure of Taylor Russell.
Michael B. Jordan's *The Thomas Crown Affair* has undergone some casting changes as Taylor Russell has departed from her role as the main female lead. According to Variety, Adria Arjona, known for her role in *Andor*, will step in to star alongside Jordan.
*The Thomas Crown Affair* tells the story of "a wealthy man who seeks thrills by planning a high-stakes robbery just for the excitement, only to become involved in a complicated cat-and-mouse chase with an astute investigator.” Jordan, who is also directing, will portray Thomas Crown, while Arjona will take on the role of the investigator tasked with capturing him.
Arjona is joining a cast that features Kenneth Branagh, Lily Gladstone, Danai Gurira, Pilou Asbæk, and Aiysha Hart. Branagh will portray the antagonist, while Gurira will play a close ally of Crown. Details about the other characters remain undisclosed.
Currently, *The Thomas Crown Affair* is being filmed in London, with Jordan and Elizabeth Raposo producing for Outlier Society, alongside Charles Roven for Atlas Entertainment.
The film is set for release on March 5, 2027.
