IDW has announced a crossover series featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Godzilla.
The King of the Monsters has been stirring up quite a commotion in comic books lately, facing off against the Justice League, the Marvel Universe… and now this legendary kaiju is poised to join forces with the Heroes in a Half-Shell in the limited series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Godzilla. This announcement was made yesterday at the San Diego Comic-Con by IDW Publishing, which recently kicked off a new ‘Kai-Sei Era’ of Godzilla comics [check out our review of Godzilla #1 here]. The series is penned by Tim Seeley, featuring artwork by Fero Pe, and it will explore how “the Foot Clan exists to combat the wave of kaiju assaults, while Shredder and General Krang have different intentions to enhance mutagen significantly.”
