A teaser unveiled during Saturday’s Star Trek Universe panel at San Diego Comic-Con showcased Anson Mount’s Pike in a puppet version while seated in the Captain’s chair of the USS Enterprise! Star Trek: Strange New Worlds focuses on the time when Captain Christopher Pike commanded the U.S.S. Enterprise. The series follows Captain Pike (Anson Mount), Science Officer Spock (Ethan Peck), Number One (Rebecca Romijn), and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise as they explore new worlds across the galaxy in the years preceding Captain Kirk’s arrival on the starship.
