      Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the mystery thriller series Wayward, which follows a police officer who is new to the town of Tall Pines as he investigates strange occurrences surrounding the local school for “troubled teens” and its enigmatic founder.

      The cast features Mae Martin, Sarah Gadon, Sydney Topliffe, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Brandon Jay McLaren, and Toni Collette. You can watch the trailer below...

      Following an escape attempt from an academy for “troubled teens,” two students collaborate with a newly arrived police officer, uncovering the town's dark and deeply entrenched secrets.

      Wayward will be available on Netflix starting September 25th.
