In honor of the film's 20th anniversary, Warner Bros. has revealed that the 2005 stop-motion animated musical fantasy, Corpse Bride, directed by Tim Burton and Mike Johnson, will receive a 4K Ultra HD release this September. Below are the artwork and official details.
Tim Burton tells a chilling tale inspired by a 19th-century Russian folktale, where a young man inadvertently marries a corpse during a two-day journey to meet his true bride. It falls to the groom's living fiancée, who has been yearning for his return, to confront her ghostly adversary and come to terms with her by vowing to fulfill her dreams and promising to remember her forever. Only then can the living couple proceed with their own wedding ceremony in this heartfelt story, Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride.
