MGM+ has released a trailer for the third and final season of its Western drama series Billy the Kid, which follows Sheriff Pat Garrett as he attempts to capture the infamous outlaw, while Billy opts to remain in New Mexico in search of the justice he feels has been denied to him.
In Season 3, Tom Blyth reprises his role as Billy the Kid, alongside Alex Roe as Sheriff Pat Garrett, Daniel Webber as Jesse Evens, and Nuria Vega as Dulcinea del Tobosco. Watch the trailer below…
Though the Lincoln County War has officially concluded, both Billy the Kid and Sheriff Pat Garrett (Alex Roe) face significant challenges that need addressing—a reckoning is on the horizon. Billy remains free, and Garrett is determined to take him down, whether alive or dead. With a bounty on his head, Billy has the chance to leave New Mexico behind and build a future with Dulcinea (Nuria Vega), his true love. However, he has unresolved matters with Garrett, who has betrayed him, and ultimately opts to stay. At the same time, Jesse Evans (Daniel Webber), Billy's long-time friend, rival, and adversary, also lingers in Lincoln, seeking a new direction and perhaps redemption for his past misdeeds. As the final chapter of the saga unfolds, Billy will fight fiercely to find the justice that has eluded him for so long, even if it costs him his life.
Billy the Kid season 3 debuts on September 28th.
