      Having launched production in Australia, Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment have officially announced the cast for their forthcoming Street Fighter film, directed by Kitao Sakurai (Bad Trip), which offers a fresh perspective on the iconic Capcom fighting game.

      Unveiled alongside artwork inspired by Street Fighter II, the movie's cast features Andrew Koji as Ryu, Noah Centineo as Ken, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Orville Peck as Vega, 50 Cent as Balrog, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Olivier Richters as Zangief, Hirooki Goto as E. Honda, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Eric Andre as Don Sauvage, Mel Jarnson as Cammy, Rayna Vallandingham as Juli, and Alexander Volkanovski as Joe.

      Set in 1993, the estranged Street Fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are drawn back into battle when the enigmatic Chun-Li (Callina Liang) enlists them for the upcoming World Warrior Tournament: a fierce showdown of fists, destiny, and rage. However, beneath this combat lies a lethal conspiracy that compels them to confront one another and the ghosts of their past. Failure to do so means GAME OVER!

      Street Fighter is scheduled to hit theaters on October 16, 2026.
