Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy, joins the Demon Slayer Corps, an organization focused on hunting demons, after his younger sister Nezuko is transformed into one. As he grows stronger and builds deeper connections with his fellow corps members, Tanjiro has faced numerous demons alongside comrades Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira. His journey has brought him into battle with the elite swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, known as the Hashira, including Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku on the Mugen Train, Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui in the Entertainment District, as well as Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji at the Swordsmith Village.

As the members of the Demon Slayer Corps and the Hashira participate in a group training program called Hashira Training to prepare for the impending fight against the demons, Muzan Kibutsuji arrives at Ubuyashiki Mansion. With the leader of the Demon Corps threatened, Tanjiro and the Hashira hurry to their headquarters, only to be thrust into a mysterious realm by Muzan Kibutsuji's actions.

Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps find themselves in the demons’ fortress – the Infinity Castle. Thus, the stage is set for the climactic confrontation between the Demon Slayer Corps and their demonic foes.
