The Bat-Man: Second Knight #1 - Comic Book Teaser

      DC Comics is set to release The Bat-Man: Second Knight #1 this Wednesday, and you can take a look at the issue with the official preview provided below.

      The story is set in 1940, during a time when much of the Western world is caught up in a war against a fascist regime that shows no signs of being defeated in its advance across Europe. Amidst the looming threat of global conflict, fear and paranoia grip the residents of Gotham City. It has only been a few months since the masked vigilante known as The Bat-Man saved the city from undead creatures, but now a ruthless murderer is on the loose, pushing the city to its limits. Victims are appearing in gruesomely theatrical manners, all marked with the murderer’s signature: a hangman’s noose. As The Bat-Man works to investigate the string of murders, a young reporter from the Daily Star, Lois Lane, arrives in Gotham. Initially in town to cover a movie premiere, it doesn’t take long for Lane to find herself ensnared by a new menace in the city, one whose command of fear will throw Gotham into turmoil!
