A band of criminal prodigies successfully evade apprehension by outsmarting the powerful "Sky Eye" surveillance system, absconding with billions in the process. In a state of desperation, the Macau police seek the assistance of a renowned figure—Wong Tak-Chung (Jackie Chan), a retired tracking specialist. He partners with rookie officer He Qiuguo (Zhang Zifeng) to rebuild a high-caliber surveillance unit. Their objective? To locate the elusive "Wolf King," Fu Longsheng (Tony Leung Ka Fai), who masterminded the heist. As law enforcement closes in, the thieves set a trap of their own.
