In a near-future world, The Running Man stands as the highest-rated television show—a lethal competition where participants, referred to as Runners, must endure 30 days while being pursued by professional assassins, all while their every action is aired to an eager public, with escalating cash rewards each day. In a bid to save his ailing daughter, working-class Ben Richards (Glen Powell) is persuaded by the show’s charismatic yet merciless producer, Dan Killian (Josh Brolin), to take part in the game as a last resort. However, Ben’s resilience, instincts, and determination transform him into an unwelcome fan favorite—and a significant threat to the established order. As viewership spikes, so does the peril, forcing Ben to outsmart not only the Hunters but also an audience hooked on witnessing his downfall.
The cast of The Running Man includes Glen Powell (Anyone But You), Josh Brolin (Outer Range), Colman Domingo (Sing Sing), Katy O’Brian (Love Lies Bleeding), Lee Pace (Foundation), Daniel Ezra (All American), Karl Glusman (Love), Jayme Lawson (The Batman), Michael Cera (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), Emilia Jones (CODA), William H.
