Sideshow has released a sixth scale Clicker statue from The Last of Us.
Sideshow has officially announced its sixth scale Clicker statue, which draws inspiration from the appearance of the fungi-infected Infected in the first season of HBO’s successful video game adaptation, The Last of Us. This collectible is currently available for pre-order at a price of $285; you can view it here…
The Clicker represents one of the stages in the lifecycle of the cordyceps, characterized by an Infected individual whose body is covered in fungal growths that completely obscure their vision. Their characteristic guttural "clicking" sound enables Clickers to echolocate their targets as they navigate the dilapidated, post-outbreak environment.
This Clicker 1:6 Scale Statue encapsulates the terror of encountering one of the Infected, as it emits a shriek in readiness for a vicious strike. Standing at 10.47” (26.6 cm) tall, 8.64” wide (22 cm), and 9.43” (24 cm) deep, the fully sculpted figure is adorned with plates and layers of cordyceps fungus protruding from its body, creating unsettling floral formations amidst tattered clothing and discolored skin. The Clicker’s intricate portrait features realistic paint and detailing, closely based on the designs from the series. The base features the wild and rampant fungal growth on decaying urban elements like pavement and a brick wall, illustrating a society that has been largely consumed.
