Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons showcases Castle Stage in a new video.

Arc System Works and Taito Corporation have unveiled the new 'Castle' stage for Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons in a recent video (see below), which introduces the forthcoming game. This new adventure featuring Bub is set to launch on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Steam on November 27th.

Previous Bubble Bobble games have utilized a fixed screen that players must complete to advance to the next level, but in Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons, the dungeons change each time players enter them. Additionally, it is not necessary to defeat every enemy in the game; players can trap them in bubbles and exit without having to eliminate all foes.

The newly introduced 'Castle' is an expansive stage in which players will navigate various rooms interconnected like a maze. It features multiple levels linked both vertically and horizontally, creating a vast environment. Players will need to apply their skills to fully explore every nook and cranny of the castle, where a unique boss awaits at the deepest location.

As players guide Bub through the dungeons, they will collect treasures and acquire new abilities to enhance his strength. These enhancements can be utilized to delve further into the stages.

Bubble Bobble Sugar Dungeons will be available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam on November 27th, and it will also include a port of the home version of Bubble Symphony, originally released in 1997.
