Netflix has released a trailer for its animated adaptation of Roald Dahl's The Twits.

      Netflix has released the first trailer for The Twits, an upcoming animated film based on the classic children's novel by Roald Dahl.

      The story follows two brave orphans who join forces with a family of magical animals to protect their town from being dominated by the cruel, foul-smelling Mr. and Mrs. Twit. Take a look at the trailer, poster, and promotional images below…

      Mr. and Mrs. Twit are the most unpleasant, stinky, and horrible individuals in existence, and they also run Twitlandia, the world's most revolting, perilous, and foolish amusement park. When the Twits take control in their town, the two courageous orphans and their magical animal friends must outsmart the Twits to save the city. This film is a hilariously wild adventure filled with the Twits’ favorite pranks—from Wormy Spaghetti to the Dreaded Shrinks—and also serves as a contemporary tale about the ongoing struggle between cruelty and compassion.

      The Twits will be available on Netflix starting October 17th.
