The Toxoplasma trailer hints at an upcoming survival horror set in space.

Indie developer SimmeringConcrete has revealed that their new space horror game, Toxoplasma, will soon be available on Steam for PC. Venture into space and uncover the creation of a lethal bioweapon capable of annihilating humanity. Check out the announcement trailer below.

Toxoplasma (not to be confused with the cat-transmitted parasite) immerses players in a deserted space station where they will contribute to the crafting of a nightmarish bio-weapon that induces the infected to hallucinate terrifying demonic figures that terrorize them until their demise.

With Earth rendered uninhabitable, the space station is equally perilous, as contracting the infection during the weapon's development is a real threat. Players must finish the weapon’s development before it claims their lives while also unveiling the conspiracy fueling this impending apocalypse.

      Toxoplasma features:

      - Develop the bioweapon while staying vigilant against demonic hallucinations.

      - Explore various endings, including a hidden one.

      - Experience a unique gameplay journey with each playthrough.

      - An ever-present sense of dread.

      - Uncover the conspiracy behind humanity's potential extinction.

      - Survive the nightmares spawned from your own invention.

Stay tuned for more updates on this forthcoming space horror.
