20th Century Studios has released a new poster and trailer for the comedy-drama Ella McCay, written and directed by James L. Brooks.
The film features Emma Mackey (known for Sex Education) in the lead role, joined by an ensemble cast that includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Lowden, Kumail Nanjiani, Ayo Edebiri, Spike Fearn, Rebecca Hall, Julie Kavner, Becky Ann Baker, Joey Brooks, Albert Brooks, and Woody Harrelson. The story follows an idealistic young woman balancing her family and work life in a comedy that explores the dynamics of loving those around you and finding ways to cope with them.
Ella McCay is set to be released in theaters on December 12th.
