Head back to Westeros with the new trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
In anticipation of its debut next month, HBO Max has released a new trailer for the Game of Thrones prequel series, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
Based on George R.R. Martin’s Tales of Dunk and Egg novellas, this series takes place a century prior to the events of Game of Thrones, chronicling the adventures of two unlikely characters: Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his squire Egg (Dexter Sol Ansell). They journey across Westeros during a time when the Targaryens still occupy the Iron Throne.
The fantasy series boasts a cast that also features Daniel Ings as Ser Lyonel Baratheon, Bertie Carvel as Baelor Targaryen, Danny Webb as Ser Arlan of Pennytree, Sam Spruell as Maekar Targaryen, Shaun Thomas as Raymun Fossoway, Finn Bennett as Aerion Targaryen, Edward Ashley as Ser Steffon Fossoway, Tanzyn Crawford as Tanselle, Henry Ashton as Daeron Targaryen, Youssef Kerkour as Steely Pate, Tom Vaughan-Lawlor as Plummer and Daniel Monks as Ser Manfred Dondarrion. You can watch the new trailer below…
Set a century before "Game of Thrones," the story follows two unlikely heroes journeying through Westeros: a young, brave yet naïve knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his small squire, Egg. In an era when the Targaryen lineage still rules the Iron Throne and the memory of the last dragon remains fresh, these extraordinary friends encounter great destinies, formidable adversaries, and perilous adventures.
