Emily in Paris has been renewed for a sixth season.

      Following the premiere of its fifth season last month, Netflix has officially renewed the romantic comedy series *Emily in Paris* for a sixth season.

      In season five, after spending most of the series in Paris, Emily relocated to Rome to establish and manage Agence Grateau’s Italian office. The season concluded with several cliffhangers, including the company's financial salvation thanks to a new investment partner, while Emily ended her romantic relationship and returned to Paris.

      Meanwhile, Mindy, Emily’s close friend portrayed by Ashley Park, accepted a marriage proposal from her former boyfriend but ultimately broke up with her current partner, realizing at the last moment that she does not wish to get engaged to her ex. The season wraps up with a hint at the potential next location in the series, as Emily’s ex, Gabriel, invites her to stay with him in Greece during her break after he learns about her breakup.

      Now the head of Agence Grateau Rome, Emily encounters both professional and romantic hurdles as she adjusts to life in a new city. Just when things seem to be falling into place, a work-related idea goes awry, leading to heartbreak and setbacks in her career. In search of stability, Emily embraces her French lifestyle, but a significant secret threatens one of her closest relationships. By addressing conflicts with sincerity, Emily emerges with stronger connections, newfound clarity, and a readiness to pursue new experiences.
