      Well Go USA has unveiled a poster and trailer for Blazing Fists, an action drama from Japanese director Takashi Miike.

      Based on the autobiography of MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura, the film follows two friends who meet while in juvenile detention and aspire to compete in the martial arts tournament Breaking Down. The cast features Danhi Kinoshita, Kaname Yoshizawa, Mariko Shinoda, Anna Tsuchiya, Chikashi Kuon, Kyosuke Yabe, Wataru Ichinose, Konatsu Kato, On Nakano, Karuma, Shoki Nakayama, Seya, Riki Sanada, Shuzo Ohira, Miku Tanaka, Nobuaki Kaneko, Susumu Terajima, Katsunori Takahashi, and Gackt.       From the iconic cult filmmaker Takashi Miike, the narrative follows Ikuto and Ryoma, two troubled teens who form a bond in juvenile detention and devise a strategy to fight for their freedom. Drawing inspiration from MMA fighter and Breaking Down founder Mikuru Asakura, the boys aim to participate in Asakura’s well-known tournament. Upon their release, they realize that they must confront their past outside the ring before they can achieve championship status within it.
