A Quiet Place is making its way into comic books with a preview of A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #1.

The acclaimed horror franchise A Quiet Place will venture into comic books next week through IDW Publishing’s IDW Dark imprint, launching the new series A Quiet Place: Storm Warning. Check out the official preview of the first issue below for a sneak peek.

The world fell silent in its end. The creatures targeted the cities first. However, in Pearl, Iowa — a small town on the Mississippi — the mayor and residents believe that this issue belongs to others. Isolated from the coastal turmoil, they think they can endure the coming storm. Yet, fire chief Lonnie Fry understands the reality. The sound-hunting creatures are advancing westward, and if the people of Pearl do not take serious measures, silence will not protect them; it will doom them.

From the renowned creators Phil Hester (Green Arrow, Swamp Thing) and Ryan Kelly (Lucifer, Local), comes the first-ever comic series of A Quiet Place — an untold tale of fear, family, and sacrifice set within the chilling universe of the hit films.

A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #1 will be available for purchase on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026.
