A ravenous hippo is set loose in the trailer for the survival thriller Hungry.

      Aura Entertainment has unveiled a poster and trailer for Hungry, an upcoming survival thriller directed and written by James Nunn (One Shot). The film centers around a group of tourists seeking adventure in the bayou, who soon become the targets of a fierce, hungry hippo after losing their way in the perilous Louisiana swamps.

      The cast features Madison Davenport, Tracey Bonner, Joaquim de Almeida, Samantha Coughlan, Jim Meskimen, Olivia Bernstone, Michel Curiel, and River Codack. You can watch the trailer below...

      “Set against the backdrop of the mysterious and hazardous Louisiana swamplands, a group of vacationers sets out on an airboat tour. Unaware of the bayou's dangers, they stray from the usual route, enticed by the allure of a unique adventure. Unbeknownst to them, their excursion will transform into a desperate struggle for survival against a voracious hippopotamus lurking in the bayou’s hidden depths.”

      Hungry is scheduled for release on June 23rd.
