DC Studios has released the teaser trailer for their inaugural venture into the horror genre, Clayface, a disturbing thriller featuring Tom Rhys Harries (White Lines) as the titular Gotham City villain.
Directed by James Watkins and written by horror expert Mike Flanagan alongside Hossein Amini, Clayface narrates the chilling tale of a man's terrifying transformation from a promising Hollywood star to a monster consumed by vengeance. The film also stars Naomi Ackie, David Dencik, Max Minghella, Eddie Marsan, Nancy Carroll, and Joshua James. You can view the impressive poster and the first look trailer below…
Clayface delves into the tragic fall of one man from an emerging Hollywood star to a vengeful creature, exploring themes of identity loss, dehumanization, destructive love, and the sinister side of scientific aspiration.
Clayface will be released in North American theaters on October 23rd, and internationally starting October 21st, 2026.
