Possession Horror 13 Souls releases its trailer.

      In anticipation of its UK digital launch later this month, Seven Tales has released a trailer for Paulo Nascimento’s horror film 13 Souls, which revolves around possession. The film features Sienna Belle, Tim Shelburne, and Brielle Tucker and follows a teenage girl who, after her mother’s death, moves in with her estranged father and older sister, only to become the target of a dark spirit linked to a deadly fire that occurred fifteen years earlier.       In the 1970s, a tragic fire in an apartment block claimed the lives of 13 individuals. The charred remains of the unidentified victims were laid to rest together in a cemetery in New Jersey. Years later, 15-year-old Agne (Sienna Belle – Game Crashers, The Taxidermist) is discovered wandering in her home, with her mother’s corpse decomposing beside her. Her estranged father, Ariel (Tim Shelburne – Mind Over Murder, Here Love Lies), and her older sister, Nina (Brielle Tucker) – who have not seen Agne since her kidnapping by their mother a decade earlier – arrive to bring the traumatized girl back home. As Agne tries to adapt to family life, the household experiences a series of eerie, supernatural events.

      Ariel returns to his role as a cemetery caretaker, and Agne becomes intrigued by the graveyard, feeling a mysterious pull toward the 13 unmarked graves of those who died in the catastrophic fire. Under the influence of a dark spirit, Agne unleashes a wave of terror on her family, aiming to corrupt Nina’s pure soul. In a bid to save both his daughters, Ariel consults an unconventional priest who has his own ties to the fire. However, with the priest’s spiritual assistance, will it be sufficient to rescue the girls, or has Agne’s soul already been claimed by the Devil?

      13 Souls will be available digitally on May 25th.
