The reality is found in the past in the trailer for Silo season 3.
Apple has released the trailer for the highly anticipated third season of Silo, the post-apocalyptic dystopian series starring Rebecca Ferguson, ahead of its premiere in July.
As hinted in the trailer, the third season of Silo will feature dual timelines, following Ferguson's character, Juliette Nichols, as she deals with her memory loss from the events of the previous season, and exploring the distant past through journalist Helen Drew, played by Jessica Henwick, as the origins of the silos are revealed.
Silo is adapted from the sci-fi novel trilogy by Hugh Howey, with the series created by Graham Yost. Joining Ferguson in the third season are Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Rick Gomez, Billy Postlethwaite, and Clare Perkins. New cast members include Jessica Henwick, Ashley Zukerman, Laura Innes, Jessica Brown Findlay, Morven Christie, Reed Birney, Matt Craven, Colin Hanks, and Steve Zahn.
In the present timeline, Juliette Nichols (Ferguson) survives a forced ‘cleaning’ but struggles with memory loss as the silo deals with the aftermath of a rebellion and a looming new threat. Meanwhile, in the 'Before Times,' journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman) stumble upon a conspiracy that leads to a series of events with disastrous and irreversible outcomes.
The third season of Silo will debut on July 3rd, and the show has already been renewed for a fourth and final season.
