The Wuxia adventure "Blades of the Guardians: Wind Rises in the Desert" has released its trailer and poster.
In anticipation of its digital release later this month, Well Go USA has unveiled a trailer for director Yuen Woo-Ping’s Wuxia film, Blades of the Guardians: Wind Rises in the Desert.
The movie centers on a merciless bounty hunter who is tasked with escorting the empire's most dangerous outlaw on a treacherous journey to the city of Chang’an. Along the way, they become targets of ferocious warriors from various regions.
The film features a cast that includes Jet Li, Wu Jing, Nicholas Tse, Yosh Yu, Chen Lijun, Sun Yizhou, Cisha, Li Yunxiao, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Max Zhang, Kara Wai, and Zhang Yi. Check out the trailer below...
Bounty hunter Doa Ma takes on a mission to transport the empire's most sought-after criminal, Zhi Shi Lang, to Chang’an city. As news spreads, they are pursued by warriors from all over. The chase is unrelenting, the action is continuous, and the blades strike hard. Blades of the Guardians: Wind Rises in the Desert is set to be released digitally on June 30th.
