Hasbro begins taking pre-orders for the Transformers Takara Tomy Overgear figures, featuring Optimus Prime, Ratchet, and Gigastorm.

      Hasbro has officially announced three new additions to its Transformers Takara Tomy lineup: the Missing Link C-15 Ratchet, Overgear OG-03 Optimus Prime, and New Legends NL-04 Gigastorm, which are now available for pre-order. You can see the promotional images and more details here…

      Ratchet serves as the Autobots’ primary medic, known for his playful humor and enjoyable personality. While he may not be the strongest fighter, he plays a crucial role within the team. This premium Ratchet figure features three modes, including a second bot mode that draws inspiration from the original toy design from 1984.

      The C-15 Ratchet is based on the 1984 G1 Ratchet figure, boasting a more anime-inspired appearance and a third mode that pays tribute to the original toy. The Ratchet figure can be transformed from robot mode to a Nissan Cherry Vanette ambulance and Respect modes. Standing at 13.5 cm (5.3 inches) tall in robot form, it has articulation that allows for a variety of dynamic poses. Accessories include chrome-plated laser and spanner tools, as well as a rocket runner for an action-packed display. It also comes with a heat-sensitive emblem featuring a concealed design. A small human figure can be placed inside the vehicle. The package includes original packaging, Japanese-language instructions, and a collector card.

      As the leader of the Autobot Resistance, Optimus Prime leads the warriors in their fight for freedom. The premium collectible Optimus Prime figure features an incredibly realistic vehicle mode and weaponry suited for combat. With an exceptionally detailed vehicle design, the OG-03 Optimus Prime figure is part of the Takara Tomy Overgear collection. This Transformers figure transforms from a formidable robot into a highly detailed tank transporter. It includes four weapon accessories: a blaster, missile pod, hatchet, and smoke discharger, along with three mounting parts. Numerous 3mm and 5mm attachment ports allow for extensive customization and dynamic display options. The package also contains a folder, a story sheet reminiscent of classified documents, a specification sheet designed like blueprints, and a logo sticker. This Transformers action figure comes with original packaging and instructions in Japanese.

      Gigastorm, a massive triple changer empowered with Evil Angolmois Energy, is the formidable Arch-Duke of Destruction. The collectible 3-in-1 Gigastorm joins the Transformers New Legends series, which brings various characters from the lore to life as figures. This premium NL-04 Gigastorm Transformers collectible set features designs and details inspired by the Transformers universe. The Gigastorm figure measures 48 cm (18.9 inches) in robot mode and transforms between robot, mobile fortress vehicle, and Gigabase modes. The Gigascouter figure can switch between robot and armored vehicle modes, and it can be stored and launched from Gigastorm’s vehicle and base modes, attaching to Gigastorm’s chest in dino mode. The Headmaster Terrastorm can be connected to Gigastorm in dino mode to extend the horns and unveil the Angolmois Bomb. The set includes three bomb accessories that Gigascouter can hold, along with a weapon accessory for Gigascouter. It also comes with original packaging and Japanese-language instructions.
