Bret Vyon resides in the audio adventure of Doctor Who: Space Security Service set in new Worlds.

      Agent Anya Kingdom and Mark Seven confront the Daleks in The Worlds of Doctor Who – Space Security Service: Bret Vyon Lives!, a brand-new full-cast audio drama now available from Big Finish Productions. In this latest box set for the Space Security Service, Agent Anya Kingdom (Jane Slavin), her android companion Mark Seven (Joe Sims), and recruit Sola Akinyemi (Madeline Appiah) face the Daleks (voiced by Nicholas Briggs), who are determined to seize control of the universe through formidable new technology they believe will guarantee their victory. Additionally, Anya experiences a somewhat unusual family reunion with her uncle, Bret Vyon (Jon Culshaw), a man she knows to be deceased. Bret Vyon originally appeared in the 1965-66 TV serial The Daleks’ Master Plan, portrayed by Nicholas Courtney.

      The box set comprises three adventures:

      The Man Inside by Simon Guerrier – The Daleks have captured Anya and confined her to an unusual space station orbiting a strange star. The most unusual aspect, however, is that the Daleks don’t wish to exterminate her; instead, their goal is to psychologically break her. They attempt this by imprisoning her with someone Anya recognizes as a fraud: her beloved uncle Bret Vyon. Although Bret has been dead for many years, Anya will need his assistance to escape.

      The Wages of Death by David Llewellyn – While on an undercover mission, Anya and Mark teleport to the distant world of Furiosa 237, where they take jobs on a cargo ship. Their secret objective is to locate a device called a Progenitor and throw it into a black hole before it can hatch and release its lethal cargo: an army of Daleks. However, it appears that someone on board the ship is intent on safeguarding the Progenitor.

      The Sky is for Sale by James Kettle – After several threats emerge against a large satellite mining Saturn’s atmosphere, Agent Sola Akinyemi is dispatched to ensure the safety of those on board. Concurrently, Anya is at HQ attempting to unveil corruption, but just as she makes progress, both HQ and the mining satellite are invaded by Daleks. What sacrifices will Anya and Sola have to make to secure a victory over the Daleks?
