Dracula: The Night Around Us releases trailer ahead of its premiere at FrightFest.

      In advance of its world premiere later this month at Tubi Frightfest, a poster and trailer for Dracula: The Night Around Us have been released online. This upcoming horror film is written and directed by Chris Schwab and is inspired by Bram Stoker’s gothic classic.

      The story follows a troubled doctor working at a facility for the criminally insane who is pushed to the brink of insanity when his neighbor and her young daughter become the targets of an ancient evil lurking in the city's sewers.

      The cast includes Eric Toms, Marlene Mc’Cohen, Spencer Weitzel, Raelan Mackiewicz, Brent Jones, Andrea Martina, Isabela Penagos, Ginny You, Thomas Hwan Kim, Gabriel Grier, Michael King, Joel Slabo, Georgie Halali, Danny O’Brien, and Harmony Smith. Watch the trailer below…

      Dr. John Seward, a despondent physician at an asylum for the criminally insane, discovers a rare spark of hope when he forms a bond with his new neighbor, Mina, and her daughter, Lucy. However, in the depths beneath the city, an ancient evil awakens in the sewers. Dracula is assembling a harem of undead brides and soon sets his sights on Lucy.

      After Dracula viciously murders Lucy and forces Mina into a blood pact that leaves her insane and confined to John’s asylum, John becomes increasingly desperate. Guided by terrifying visions, he ventures into the dark underground to confront Dracula and break the curse. But facing the creature exacts a horrific price, leading to John’s mental collapse and turning him into the very monster he sought to eliminate.

      Dracula: The Night Around Us is set to premiere at Tubi FrightFest on August 30th.
