Saban Films has released the inaugural teaser trailer and poster for Wuthering Heights: House of the Damned, a supernatural horror film directed by Rebecca J. Matthews and inspired by Emily Brontë's classic gothic romance.
Elle O’Hara, known for her role in Flickering Myth's The Baby in the Basket and the upcoming reboot Robert Returns, portrays the vengeful ghost Catherine. She is joined by Ross Townsend-Green, Sky Cheema, and Nicola Wright; you can view the poster and trailer below.
Mr. Lockwood arrives at the isolated and storm-ravaged Wuthering Heights, oblivious to the presence of Catherine’s wrathful spirit that haunts its corridors. Her obsessed admirer, Heathcliff, fuels her thirst for revenge with human sacrifices, aiming to provide her soul with a new vessel. As Lockwood becomes increasingly ill and delusional, he becomes entwined in their eternal, lethal love and must find a way to escape before he falls prey to them.
Wuthering Heights: House of the Damned will be available on digital platforms on October 16th.
