In anticipation of its theatrical debut this October, Chroma has unveiled a trailer and poster for the Irish gothic horror-comedy, The Restoration at Grayson Manor. The storyline follows a pleasure-seeking heir who revels in his tumultuous relationship with his mother, until he loses his hands in a tragic accident. However, when she invests in technology to restore his limbs with prosthetics linked to his subconscious, terrifying events begin to unfold in their manor.
Directed by Glenn McQuaid, the film features a cast that includes Chris Colfer, Alice Krige, Daniel Adegboyega, Declan Reynolds, Gabriela Garcia Vargas, Matthew McMahon, Issac Cairns, and Dave Byrne. Check out the trailer below…
Chris Colfer of Glee portrays Boyd Grayson, a hedonistic heir who delights in tormenting his legacy-driven mother, depicted by genre legend Alice Krige (Star Trek: First Contact). After an accident leaves Boyd without hands, she reconstructs him with prosthetics that respond to his violent instincts. Within their crumbling Gothic mansion, these hands release nightmares upon Grayson Manor.
The Restoration at Grayson Manor is scheduled to hit theaters this October, followed by a digital release on December 1st.
