Apple TV+ has finalized the main cast for its upcoming psychological thriller series, *Imperfect Women*. Kate Mara (House of Cards) will join Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale) and Kerry Washington (Scandal) in this limited series.

*Imperfect Women* is based on Araminta Hall's novel and was developed by Annie Weisman of *Physical*. She will serve as the writer and executive producer of the series, collaborating with Hall, Moss, and Lindsey McManus from Love & Squalor Pictures, along with Washington and Pilar Savone from Simpson Street.

The series is described as an unconventional psychological thriller that delves into a crime that disrupts the lives of three women who have been friends for decades. It explores themes of guilt, retribution, love, betrayal, and the compromises that irrevocably change our lives, all through a lens of shifting perspectives. As the investigation unfolds, so too does the truth about how even the strongest relationships can evolve over time.

20th Century Television and Apple Studios are handling production.
