Godzilla's rampage in the Marvel universe continues with Godzilla vs. the X-Men.
Godzilla is making his way to the Marvel Universe this March as the comic publisher prepares to launch a series of six one-shots featuring the King of the Monsters battling iconic Marvel heroes. Having already announced match-ups against the Fantastic Four, Hulk, and Spider-Man, it has now been revealed that the fourth installment will showcase the legendary kaiju confronting the Uncanny X-Men.
“If you’d asked ten-year-old Fabian what he’d do for the chance to write Godzilla, he would have breathed fire and scorched anyone for the role, leaving them uncomfortably charred,” remarked writer Fabian Nicieza, who will collaborate with artist Emilio Laiso on Godzilla vs. X-Men #1. “When you mix Godzilla with a ‘vs.’ and ‘X-Men,’ let’s just say I adore the scent of a writer going up in flames in the morning. It’s the aroma of triumph!”

Godzilla vs. X-Men #1 is set to release in May 2025.
