      The series centers on Dr. Parker, a woman seeking a new beginning who has recently taken a position at Berlin's most overcrowded hospital. There, she encounters the daily challenges of managing an under-equipped and exhausted staff as they strive to save lives.

      Managing a hectic emergency room in the most challenging and crowded hospital in Berlin is a daunting task for the young Dr. Parker, who is looking for a new start in the city after her personal life falls apart in Munich.
